Youji specializes in supplying prototyping, tooling, material sourcing, plastic injection molding, coating and printing, system assembly and related services; we are a total solution manufacturing service provider covering product design, manufacturing to service.

Cost, speed, quality and customer satisfaction are rvery important to Youji; therefore, we are improving our prototype capabilities, procurement abilities, manufacturing and QA abilities, testing and QC abilities and global logistics support everyday. We can now supply a complete system of services to customers that is flexible based on their requirements.

Youji has excellent plastic injection molding facilities, 8 sets of electrical spark EDM, 6 sets of CNC machines and 20 sets of other tooling facilities. We own 69 sets of injection machines, 10 sets of which are from Japan JSW, with the other 59 sets imported from Taiwan area. The clamping force is from 60MT to 1,660MT. Our molding room covers 1,300sqm and our clean molding room covers 1,000sqm. We have 2 clean room processing lines, 6 painting lines and 2 printing lines. We also have exact inspection and QC facilities.

Youji also has an excellent team in the technical and commercial fields, with 30 years' rich experience make Youji very professional in plastic mould making and very efficient in import and export. Goods can be dispatched by sea or air from Shanghai Port; customs clearance and customs inspection (if any) is within 3 days based on documents.
